For over 20 years, Connections for Children has provided free Family Time services to the communities we serve. Join us for Family Time on the first and third Friday of every month at Virginia Avenue Park in Santa Monica from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM. Experience the joy of bonding, learning, and growing together. For parents and caregivers, Family Time serves as a blueprint for engaging with their little ones, offering guidance on how to play and learn together. The program provides a curated selection of toys and activities that simulate sensory and developmental skills. Family Time also includes arts and crafts activities that enhance hand-eye coordination and encourage creativity. Parents are encouraged to ask questions and actively participate in their child’s play, creating a nurturing and educational experience. This supportive environment fosters a secure attachment between parents and their children.

Beyond the interactive sessions, Family Time also provides valuable resources and support services. Parents can access information about subsidized child care and other programs available, ensuring our families receive the support they need.
