Enhancing Speech & Language Skills, Birth -18 Months
Communication begins when a child is still in the womb. In this workshop, participants will learn how
babies acquire speech and language, as well as the Early Purposes of Communication for infants. “The
Top 10 Ways” to best communicate with infants and young toddlers through various age-appropriate
modalities and activities that nurture the acquisition of their communication skills will also be taught.
