CCIP Foundations Training – Health & Safety Strand How to Prevent Shaken Baby Syndrome
This session will guide you on how to safely manage a crying baby to help prevent Shaken Baby Syndrome (Abusive Head Trauma). During the first 60 minutes, participants will learn practical strategies, share experiences, and engage in collaborative discussion. The final 30 minutes will be dedicated to drop-in questions and support.
